QuotaSprintQuotaSprint private beta terms — DRAFT FOR REVIEW
Version: 2026-10-private-beta-v1 | 19 October 2026
Operator: Simon Howe. Contact: support@quotasprint.co.uk and the app's private support inbox. Business/service address, applicable business agreements and final governing terms require review before external use.
This invitation-only pilot is for invited adults using fictional data to evaluate QuotaSprint. Acknowledge the pilot notice before joining. That acknowledgement records the notice version; it is not represented as acceptance of legally final terms. Core privacy/support tools remain available independently.
Use your own account, protect credentials and report suspected misuse. Do not upload buyer/customer names, sensitive information, confidential receipts, unlawful content or material you cannot share. Organisers must have authority to run a competition and invite participants. No real payments, promised prizes, employment decisions or binding reward arrangements should rely on this pilot.
Scoring uses approved native transactions and immutable correction history. A barcode selects a product draft; it does not prove a sale. Pending sales do not score. Rankings can change, refunds change current totals, and frozen results preserve their close-time history. Report suspected errors through private feedback.
The pilot may have faults, interruptions or data resets of authorised test fixtures. Export your own data when needed. Simon Howe will triage reports, prioritise critical/high defects and communicate a disposition through the inbox. These drafts do not promise availability, guaranteed rewards or a support response SLA.
Optional analytics, diagnostics and Android push each have their own choice. You can use support and request privacy review without opting into telemetry. Account closure and retained shared-history review are explained in the privacy draft.
Before public or commercial use, human review must settle legal identity/address, workspace responsibilities, audience/age handling, retention, liability, consumer rights, complaint handling and governing terms. Nothing in this draft removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No brand/trademark clearance, production launch or store approval is implied.
